Rosh Chodesh Adar 5769 (i.e. 2/25/2009)

It has been brought for me to review the Responsa "Ach Tov L’Yisrael", written by Rabbi Efraim Kachlon shlit"a, the work of a specialist, containing sweet Torah interpretations full  of light, a great Torah scholar, his future is for pride and glory.

I can see that he spent nights like days diligently in  the tent of Torah to shed light on his new incites that are precious as  pearls, all edited tastefully and wisely like the hand of God.  The  author merited to be the son in law of one our Kollel’s most honourable  and dedicated scholars- Rabbi Chaim Shmuel shlit"a for many years.

I give him my blessing that his wellsprings will burst  out and he’ll benefit others by glorify and raising the Torah, out of  peacefulness and tranquillity, and may he become one of the generation's  greatest sages to the family's glory, and may he merit to write more  compositions out of happiness and wealth, peacefulness, long life, and  all the good blessings, and he shall succeed in all his endeavors.
