Good Spiritual Genealogy is nice to have, but it's very rare. Rabbi Yaron Reuven brings the teachings of the Chazon Ish who says, some people are born with good traits from their righteous parents, and some have to work to refine themselves. Whatever the case, HaShem gives the opportunity to everyone to live up to their maximum potential. Spiritual genes can be inherited or taught, but they must come from somewhere.
