Q: Can Jews Learn Torah on December 25th?

Are Jews permitted to learn Torah on December 25th? Rabbi Yaron Reuven says, the prohibition of learning Torah on the night of Tumah that is December 24th & 25th wasn't accepted by Klal Yisrael, only a certain group of Chasidim. Rav mi Volozhin established day and night Talmud Torah in his Yeshivas year round to fulfill the mitzvah to learn day and night. Rabbi Reuven says, that we should learn extra Torah to fight the impurity on this day.
