The Rav explains that no matter who, or where a person is, or how little money they have, everyone can do KIRUV if they really want to. Don't wait until you're rich to give, because if you wait, that day will never come. Give what you can now! And if all you have is $5-10 that's fine, but you can also do KIRUV for free!
